How to Become a Tutor with StudyPool

Studypool is an online micro tutoring platform that provides students with quick access to tutors for homework help and guidance. Students can log onto the website, make an account, and follow the directions to post the assignment requirements.

Becoming a tutor with StudyPool can be sooooo simple and easy.

Imagine you swinging on the porch — enjoying the sunny breeze and having no worries about your paycheck.

If it isn’t your reality already, then it could be.

Scaling through the StudyPool application process can be fun and pretty easy if you follow the proper steps.

Please note that if you miss a few important steps, you could get rejected. However, to avoid such mistakes, here are the four-step blueprint to ensure that you ace your screening.

Additionally, I will give you some key websites to ensure that you pass the application process. This process doesn’t guarantee that you will pass, but it has worked for successful applicants out there, and it eliminates any shadow of a doubt.

Step One: Knowledge Test
The application process begins with a knowledge test. This one requires using hyphens, parentheses, commas, apostrophes, colons, semicolons, and other punctuation types. Ensure that you apply all the above punctuation as this is a MUST. Failure to use all the necessary punctuation could get you rejected

Most importantly — and I think this is why people fail this part — is the required format. As of the current date, the application requires that you use the APA format for the Knowledge test. Most people fail to use this format and wonder why they get rejected. The APA format, also known as the American Psychology Association format, can be applied to your document using Google Docs. To do that, enter your google docs and hit the plus sign. After the Plus sign, hit “Choose Template,” and then under reports, hit “APA,” which will create an APA format draft for you that you can then customize. Be sure to use APA format citations the correct way as well; this is also very important.

After creating your document, go over it for any spelling errors. After a few hours, I recommend you revisit the document to ensure that there aren’t any typos.

After you edit your document and are satisfied with your outcome, I recommend a fantastic software called Quillbot.

At Quillbot, you can enter your document and then have the AI re-edit it for you in perfect grammar to ensure excellence.

You can access Quillbot at https://quillbot.com/

Simply copy your whole document and paste it into Quillbot. Hit Paraphrase, and it will Paraphrase your document for you. You can then highlight the paraphrased document and paste it back as your document, ready for submission.

Strict No Plagiarism Policy

After fine-tuning your essay, make sure there is NO plagiarism. StudyPool has a strict no-plagiarism policy, and all the steps above are useless if your writing is plagiarized. Make sure to write your own original essay and don’t copy ideas from anywhere. This rule is so strict that I recommend you don’t check the internet until after writing your entire first draft to avoid being rejected.

Step Two: First Essay
Depending on your essay, you have to be careful about format guidelines. Some questions require that you use the APA format, while others need the MLA format. To access the MLA format go to Google Docs, click “Choose Template,” and then under “Reports,” click “MLA Format.” This will then create a new document in the MLA format, which you can then edit.

You can find out how to use the MLA format for all writing styles Here at https://www.easybib.com/guides/citation-guides/mla-format/

Depending on the format and wording guidelines, ensure that you follow instructions, especially regarding word count. They typically restrict word count to 500 words, so ensure that you fit within that limit; otherwise, you could get rejected.

It is important to do your essays well to get a high ranking on the platform. If you get a subject badge for your subject, it’s easier to bid on questions when your application gets accepted.

Step Three: Submission Guidelines
You must follow submission guidelines. Read the guidelines given in your application by StudyPool first before you submit.

They usually accept documents in .docx, .pdf, and .png among others. It is important to check to ensure before you submit.

The system may reject documents not submitted in the format they require.

Step Four: Identity Verification
Did you know that you may cause problems with your application if you fail to send a clear identification document? StudyPool usually requires submitting your National ID, Passport, or other government-issued documents. Again it is essential to check with the site before submitting.

Make sure your photo is crystal clear and sharp and that the details on your government-issued document are clear and strong. Otherwise, you may cause issues with your application.

You can be sure you’ve done the basics to set yourself in place for success with the above steps.

Be smarter than the smartest.
